We’re thrilled to announce the official launch of StrivEquity Consulting LLC! Founded in 2022, StrivEquity is a dynamic consulting firm with a passionate commitment to individual and team executive coaching, leadership development, and training. Our minority-owned firm pursues equitable departmental cultures through investing in employees’ personal and professional growth. Our Founder & Managing Principal, David DeVaughn, holds an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification, and brings 15+ years of experience through diverse range of expertise spanning the fields of coaching/leadership development, non-profit management, institutional consulting, and strategic advisory.

Our Approach to Equity-Responsive Leadership (ERL)
ERL was born out of necessity, as a response to the need for more nuanced professional development experiences for Black and Brown leaders who have faced unique challenges since the events of 2020.
