StrivEquity Consulting LLC is a leadership development and coaching firm built for that reality. Led by David DeVaughn, MPA, PCC, the firm specializes in Equity-Responsive Leadership (ERL), a seven-step coaching model developed for leaders who are striving to lead with purpose while being asked to hold more than their institutions were designed to hold.



Clients come to StrivEquity at crossroads: a role that has stopped fitting, an institution that has stopped growing, or a career decision that needs more than a job search can answer.
